In addition to this certification, it is Regal Tool’s policy to maintain your credit card information for each sale ONLY. Opting Out

You may withdraw all of your personal information from Regal Tool at any time. To do so, please e-mail us at info@regaltool.com. In addition to withdrawing your personal information, you also have the right to opt out of any follow-up promotions we may send out to our customers. Every order placed through this Website has an “Opt Out” box on the order form. Checking this box ensures that you will not receive any promotional e-mailings from us. The only information you will receive after checking the “Opt Out” box is information specific to the order you have placed. Your “Opted Out” status will not change for future orders unless you decide to opt back in. 

Selling of E-Mail Addresses and Other Information 

Regal Tool will not sell, trade or share your name, e-mail address, physical address or phone number with anyone. The only exception to this policy is information to the factory or warehouse for orders that are drop-shipped. In all cases, your e-mail address will never be shared with anyone.
