Shipping - Risk of Loss

All products, tools, accessories and items purchased from Regal Tool & Supply, LLC are made pursuant to a shipping contract. All risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Regal Tool & Supply, LLC disclaims all responsibility and liability for any and all damage resulting from shipment. In the case of a damaged shipment, the customer must note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading or applicable shipping document. You should make note, and give a copy to the driver, of holes, dents, tears, etc. upon acceptance of delivery. In the event of hidden damage, you must contact the freight company within seven (7) days to make a report. If possible, please retain original boxes, containers and packing materials for inspection. In the event of severe damage, do not accept delivery and contact Regal Tool & Supply, LLC immediately.
