Return Policy

Regal Tool & Supply, LLC retains exclusive and sole right to determine whether items purchased may be returned, exchanged or purchase canceled. All returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, plus all applicable inbound and outbound freight charges. By accepting this agreement, you understand that all online, phone or in-person orders are final. If for any reason there is an irregularity, or damage to goods in transit, DO NOT cancel your order with your credit card company. Doing so will delay any refund or credit. Regal Tool & Supply, LLC strongly advises and encourages its customers to exercise caution when placing an order. Once an order is placed, Regal Tool & Supply, LLC cannot cancel the order, nor can Regal Tool & Supply, LLC return or exchange an item without expressed written consent. The following procedures must be followed, and Regal Tool & Supply, LLC, must give approval in order to obtain a product return, refund or exchange:

You must call or e-mail Regal Tool & Supply, LLC and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.)
You must contact Regal Tool & Supply, LLC within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
Refunds and/or exchanges are for the cost of the product only; shipping and handling charges are note refundable.
Returns of “drop-shipped” items must not be returned to Regal Tool & Supply, LLC. “Drop-shipped” items must be returned to the factory or warehouse from which the items were shipped after an RMA is obtained.
Returns of gas- or diesel-powered items will not be accepted once those items have been gassed and/or oiled and started. Said items that have been gassed and/or oiled must be taken to an authorized service center for repair. Said items may be covered under warranty.
